I would appreciate very much to get an email, if a thread I'm active in gets new messages. If that is not possible, a button for "new messages since last visit" f.e. would be great. That would help. I have to change my profile to get an email, when one of my bookmarked threads gets a new message and then bookmark the threads I wish. Is that right? Not too many people (read that none) have tried it before or if they have they haven't talked about it. Since this isn't a board that we wrote we are kind of stuck with what it does or doesn't do. The role of the moderators (there are three of us) is really very limited. Up until recently we never had moderators at all. There is some history to this board that is way too long and ugly to go into that made the idea of a moderator suddenly not so bad an idea to have someone who can say, "Hey, calm down." We haven't had to do it that much.
