Good morning. Golf at 8:30 this morning. That should prove whether my neck sprain is really better now.
Have a good Saturday.

Up and awake. It is significantly cooler out this way today. That is a good thing.

Had to bring in all the plants last night - frost predicted but it didn't happen. Warming up today and for the next week. I'm not ready for late October weather.
Good morning everyone.

Morning, Nice day over here. Taking my mom to the casino today, maybe I'll put some money on Alabama over Texas A&M. Don't think Johnny football will pull it of this time around.

Dogs got me up, now they are snoozing again. I need to mow the weeds today but I'll wait until the sun is up.

Good Morning Good People
Sunny and cool, oughta be a perfect very late summer day.
Miscellaneous painting and preparations for three days of work Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday on the Lake Huron coast north of Alpena.
Have a splendid Saturday one and all.

Good morning all. Prolly gonna hit Lowes or Home Depot to buy some plants for the patio. Down here in the topics we have to wait until the blistering sun cools off. It hasn't yet, but we can put the pots in the shade for awhile. Winter is nice here though.

Just got back from a late breakfast at Magnolia's on olde Payne ave. No clients today so I get to kick back until late afternoon when we have a family picnic to go to.

Man, I love this time of year -- not too cold, not too hot, all the farmers market bounty: heirloom tomatoes, apples galore, the root veggies. I just motored down to the Mill City Market and picked up some hand-rolled butter, stuff is exquisite.
The concert last night was FABULOUS -- Edo de Waart had the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra emoting off the back wall, playing Dvorak, a pre-atonal Schoenberg and capping off the night with Beethoven's Sixth, which I have heard a million times but I never tire of. Moves me every time. Just a goreous piece of music, and in the comfort and great acoustics of the Ordway, how fun it was to see the passages handed off from section to section, instrement to instrument.
I'm grilling some chicken I marinated earlier. Then it will be time to get dolled up and head off to my wedding gig, with an intermediate stop at Applewood Orchard for some Zestars ... yum ....
