Not a very interesting day, hardly deserving of a daily. We have snow here, might as well just rerun a daily from January.

G'mornin' - we're going to try to roto-till the garden today...if it doesn't rain too hard, if it just keeps misting as it has been I'm guessing we'll be trying.

Outside of the pictures of dead daffodils in the newspaper, things seem to be looking up. The ice is melting on the deck and boids is hungry. Can't wait to see the Easter Bunny decked out in his new LL Bean snowshoes.

If stress is having bad things happen with no control over them, I've got it. Wildfire 5 miles from our house. Mr. H having some bad problems with his vision. Going back to Tucson next week for a visit to a very specialized specialist after seeing the specialist there yesterday. Lost contact with brother-in-law, but I'm working that. And a number of other things have been getting in the way of me getting normal things done.
Otherwise, a beautiful day here and I should let go and enjoy it. Maybe some music will help.

Several inches in north Minneapolis, and a very light coating in south Minneapolis (where I am).

Afternoon
Had two trees cut down, cost $300. then another $100 to grind up the stumps. who knows if that was a good price or not, but the trees are gone.
Renee sorry to hear about your troubles.

Enjoy your hike, Bob. At work again. That makes two days this week which I think is quite enough. After 42 years here I'm slowly realizing that work is highly overrated. Kids are coming Sat-Sun and we plan to pickup a leg of lamb for shishkebab on Saturday night. Sunday we travel to DC for a Nats-Cardinals game. Strasburg is pitching. I hope it's the Strasburg that was great two starts ago, not the Strasburg who gave up six runs in the first inning in Miami on Tuesday.
Nervous about Monday--I get scanned but at least I'll get the results the same day this time. Actually good news on the scan means another couple of weeks in the hospital--probably in June. Bad news means back to the drawing board.

Around here you could probably multiply that by five to get local prices. And this is in a town where half of the locals are in the tree cutting business. Some refer to them as "woodchucks"--a term which I hear they really don't like. My favorite story was a lady from work who was quoted a price and when asked why it was so high was told that there was a "midget surcharge." He hired a small person to climb some trees for difficult branch removal.

In N. FL removal of two trees cost a case of beer.
