Good morning. I decided to take today and part of tomorrow off and go on an impromptu trip to the Flagstaff area. There's been a lot of pressure for the last month and it's off for a while. I feel like rewarding myself and clearing my head. Have a good day, one and all.

Long day yesterday. Played for my chorus in the morning. Then a 2 hour drive to Tucson, over 2 hours with Mr. H at the retinal specialist, 2 hour drive home. The sort of good news is that what was supposedly a rapid worsening of his dry macular degeneration turned out to be wet and there is a series of treatments that might improve his vision. He didn't have the sudden change that we had been told to watch for, so it's a good thing that he decided to go to the ophthalmologist last week. Next treatment in a month is closer to home. If we can avoid even some of the 160 mile round trips to Tucson, that will be great.
More mundane things today. Grocery shopping, getting back to weeding the garden and hopefully planting by tomorrow.

Lonnie, I like that. Grey day with more rain on the way. Many small tasks at the office for the last few weeks. I need a big matter to work on!

Just staring at the stars as they hang over the Gulf of Mexico. Pretty damned fine.
