To be specific - a 12 fret jumbo style - especially a Santa Crus RS, or VERY similar.

Fairbanks Guitars could possibly be persuaded to build you a 12 fret version of the Dakota Dave guitar. Kevin Kopp makes a 12 fret J-200 style jumbo, Leo Kottke has a 6 & 12 pair.
