Morning
Going to be a miserable Trick or Treat night, too cold.
Our furnace is on the blink, hopefully it's something simple that I can fix.

It's freaking snowing outside ! ! ! ! !
I'm just cryin'
. . . , yesterday my look out the Kitchen window saw lovely golden orange leaves on an overhanging branch. Today, all the leaves are gone, and the sky is grey. And there are flakes floating down. They're sticking on the neighbor's roof, like gray hair on the head of a second term president.

No snow here south of Marshall but it is cold and the leaves are everywhere except in the trees.

Good morning. After living in a Halloween "destination" neighborhood for many years, it's a bit different out here on the fringe. I don't think the Amish are big on the loading up on candy thing.

Good morning. Boo who?
Fifth day of a five day hearing. I'm tired, but that's what I signed up for. Have a good day.

G'morning. Yesterday, before leaving for a gig, we had a huge pile of leaves on the boulevard in front of the house, ready for bagging. Thanks to high winds, they are all now somebody else's problem.

Eek! Lonnie.....I took advantage of that every year at my old house with the big yard. The last mowing of the year was as short as I could get it. Mainly so there would be nothing for the leaves to stick on. And they blew nicely to the next county.

Shitty morning so far. Making banana pancakes - two small for Chris OK - one large for me, turned it and dumped it down in the eyes of the stove - OH well I'll have eggs - dumped raw eggs into the switch of the hand mixer ($40 gone) second batch of eggs stuck to the pan - used wrong pan. breakfast 4 strips of bacon and a english muffin.
grumble grumble stuff this week has made for 3 no nap days. And tomorrow is looking like a no nap day as we need to go to Bullhead City to get a new hand mixer.

No go with the furnace, I called the repair guy. Got the oven going on low and that is keeping the first floor bearable but the basement is COLD. Not freezing pipes cold but too cold to hang out in.

We have 40 mph winds going on. At least the leaves will all be down by the end of the day.

$440.82 later we have heat. Are you with Centerpoint? I've got the Home Service Plus plan with them... had three furnace breakdowns over the last 20 years... repairs have never cost me a penny. Same for the refrigerator, washer, dryer and dishwasher (until the dishwasher died completely, now we wash by hand).

Good thing I bought a couple extra bags of treats. It kind of looks like I just polished one of them off.
Nothing like a coffee and Kit Kat morning. And afternoon.
