Put me in the NBNC* camp.
* No Bush, No Clinton
Edit: Before Romney took himself out of the equation, that was the NRNBNC camp.

Discussing who the Republican candidate will be is like discussing the other horses lined up against Secretariat.

I don't think Palin will hop in. Her and trump are just too much viewed as being a gong show. I guess they could throw their hats in to the ring, but I would bet the gop faithful on all sides would be praying they'd stay out.

She has every intention on grabbing attention any way she can. So, she'll continue to say she hasn't decided if she'll run. Trump is much the same. Maybe Kim Kardashian will run. We can always use another big ass in the contest.

It might seem to be the outcome now, but I have a very hard time believing that voters would accept a Bush/Clinton race. Obama came out of left field and won twice, I'm waiting for someone like him to step in and surprise us all.

Obama came out of left field and won twice, I'm waiting for someone like him to step in and surprise us all. Bush/Clinton would be last decade's politics. That match up would be great for the 3rd parties. 3/4 of the GOP voters would not vote or vote 3rd party and 1/3 of the Dem voters. But I agree that the parties would be stupid to go with the warmed over politics of the past. Both of those are "of the past". Walker/Warrner?

On FB anyway the Dems already have the hate machine in motion they just don't know who to target yet.
I'm hoping the Dems will run Warren or maybe a real flake like Bernie Sanders. I don't think a far left loon can win the election any more than a far right loon can. 2014 showed some discontent with the liberal line, IMHO. It's hard to find a Democrat who admits to voting for Obama twice anymore. The problem is finding an adult somewhere in the middle who can win and has the experience to govern without trying to be a dictator. That's tough just now. No one can have fewer qualifications than Obama had so there's no experience necessary to get the job.

If the Democrats want to move to the far left via Sanders or Warren, this would be their golden opportunity to do so. There isn't a Republican alive who could defeat any Democrat. The perfect storm is in place and no Republican ship is ever going to safely navigate it.
