Yes they do, there was an article in the New Yorker (of all magazines.........) a few years back about worm grunting. One of the things the article documented was the negotiations between the Park Service and the worm grunters to allow them to grunt on Federal land. Many of the folks who do this for a living have done this for a family business since before this land became Federal Parkland so they worked it out.

They talk about the dangers of venomous snakes and other wildlife, but they failed to mention the occasional ROGUE WORM. The kind referred to in that old phrase, "the worm has turned."
