According to the chart, I am "ideal." I have 5 pounds of gut fat, so I don't believe the chart. If you don't believe that chart, you're really not going to believe this next one. The next one is for women: Does that move you from ideal to lean? And just to make sure we're on the same page, those charts are for bodyfat percentages, your total fat divided by your total weight. They're not BMI charts. BMI figures would be considerably higher for most people.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, you dissect out all the fat in a person and put it on a scale and and divide that by your weight before you were cut up.
