Was never a huge fan of his music, but when he hit it, it was greatness. RIP.
On a lighter note, he could also laugh at himself. Several years ago he won the Juno, (Canuckistani grammy,) as singer of the year. He laughed, and said, "Only in Canada could I be voted vocalist of the year."

I read a great in depth interview with him done fairly recently. It was in one of those seat pocket airline magazines. Not sure where it was originally published.

This is very sad news indeed... Here's a track I recorded years ago with DeAnna Kennedy... Rest in peace, Leonard. Bird on a WireHe loved it and felt good about it whenever his songs were covered.

Poet extraordinaire! RIP Mr Cohen.
This one, among my favorites, was part of the soundtrack on "McCabe and Mrs. Miller."
