And if that isn't enough for you, there's this: I'm skeptical of the Borneo story ("horrifying story of an orangutan used in the Indonesian sex trade has been retold by the conservationists who rescued her"...lotta room to slide some BS in there...), but at a minimum, someone had to think that up, and that is weird enough.

In my travelling (more) days, I stayed at Amdergris Caye for a week or so. I also went jungle trekking, stayed very near for a while and visited a couple of times, the orangutan orphanage in Bukit Lawang, Sumatra before it's catastrophic flooding in 2003. That's just me grasping at an excuse to be a travel bore though.
