Granddaughter Ayana is visiting and requested I make meatloaf for dinner. Granddaughter Kaiah does not eat meat so I make a small meatloaf using Beyond burger. This made a quite acceptable meatloaf but you have to drain off the juices after 45 minutes of cook time for 1lb of Beyond and then put it back in the over for another 15 minutes to firm up the loaf.

Sounds like when I made meatloaf using ground turkey. It tasted ok, but the texture was weird.

Is Hammond ever really needed, though? Think about it.

I need him. He is my spirit animal, or at least would be if my spirit animal was an editor.

A beyondloaf sounds like something one my drop in the morning after a night of some pretty bad food. Don't call it that.
