The CHEF in Bob's Forum name is well earned. They guy can cook you a meal you will not soon forget. Hell, even his coffee is exceptionally good. I miss Bob's Big Bonanza of Bacon Breakfast on a Friday IJ morning, just before the target shoot.

I thought Michelens were tires? Yes, but they're French tires.

Tiny morsels with 24 items in a really expensive restaurant. $400 plates and the wine. Some of the food is just art. I saw that review. It seemed a little silly. It looks art but it looks like shit. I like prefer Food.
Reviewers - I don't read some of it...... Some of it was a little funny too. Some of their words are just garbage. They don't like it and they make it even badly. And I don't think I'm going to go to that restaurant.
I was a chef/owner/cook/waiter too and I never saw the reviews. I talked with the eaten people eat it. I asked the group if they'd like to have something different. I talked to the reviewer - I didn't even know he was Seattle Times reviewer.
Every day we had a new Friday and Saturday meals. French, Italian, American, Asian, and soup/stew.

I have meat droplet infused after shave. It’s call Butcher Bob and it comes in a bottle that has a meat cleaver on the front. I don’t notice much of a scent but the neighbor’s dog loves it.

If you think about it, each one of us is a major accumulation of meat molecules.
(And that chef's defense of his meal is priceless.)
