The one I’d like to have back is Ernie. Ernie (1959 Country Western) is the one I didn't want to sell at the time. I was buying the Bruce Roper Nick Lucas and I though I needed some moola. I went to a vintage guitar show and tried to sell my 1957 J50, but it was so beat up and had so many changes to it, that nobody would give me an offer. Whereas Ernie (there was a name on the truss cover) was much more original. So, I sold that to finance the Nick Lucas. Of course I can't ever see parting with the NL. But still it would be nice to still have Ernie.

Both Ernie and (expletive deleted) are pretty cool Gibsons. Even though you still have the J50 because it wasn't "buyable" (by dealers), it's cool it's still yours.

I would have kept my Taylor 314... and not bought the six that followed it.

I no longer suffer GAS. It’s relief. My Matt Arcara is the only guitar I need.

I can see why you would want that one back. I really can't play and own more guitars than I should, but the one I can't see myself ever parting with is my Larrivée OO rosewood and spruce 12-fret.

It was every bit as pretty as those pictures. I played a few rosewood 00s when LJ, Howard, Paul, Matt Fox, and I met up in Madison and Spruce Tree Music. Wonderful guitars. Beautiful.
