Cornflake, Tramp, and Marty? Moderators? Good heavens... the wolves are tending the sheep! NOT!
Congratulations guys! Excellent choices, Cribbs.

My first official act as a Moderator is to state that I hope I never have to officially act as Moderator. Sound good to you good people?

Yes, and ditto. My ambition is to get fired for being too slow to act.
Unless someone suggests that Taylors are better than Martins, of course.

Well, I wouldn't suggest that. I'll just come out and state for the record that Taylors are better than Martins. But Gibsons leave them all in the dust.

Good to see you here, Paul. And congrats to the moderators. Excellent choices. I see they've already been ascertaining the damage done by a recent post: (Edited because I forgot the word "done")

great. Now Cornflake is gonna delete all my posts about Babbitt and Cage and Reich and Glass and Webern and Berg, and make it look like tonality is the right choice! Great choices!

Bingo. I like Reich a lot, I don't like Glass and I still have a sneaking affection for Cage.

do you have Glassworks? I find it his most accesible work. Cage is my favorite because he was such a craze. Reich is empowering, Glass hypnotic. I'm flying back to Nashville February 17th to see Glass in the brand new Symphony Hall

I don't know why you guys couldn't have picked Doug, Duck and Ethel for moderators. This crop seems kinda boring to me. Anyway, you don't want to get on the wrong side of a moderator. Cribbsy armed them with more than mace.
