I guess I've should have spent more time playing baseball after all... all jokes aside - congrats! J, you're 6'2" and about 160 lbs soaking wet, right? You'd have needed to seriously bulk up. Besides, if you played more baseball, you wouldn't have been the outstanding guitarista you are. Besides, they're aint no ballplayers named Giacomo...

Having no speakers on my computer, I've been saving up the youtubes put up this week for when I can be around sound. Thus the delay in responding to this thread.
I've never had much of an intersest in sports. I believe that is because those formative years when sports becoming interesting to most of us, and because of that part of our lives, is when I was living out of country when sports weren't available.
That does not mean, however, that I don't have a healthy appreciation for what atheletes can do. And that includes your son's ability. That, I must say, is pretty amazing.
Again, I've never had much of an appreciation for sports. Watching your son and the catcher work together gives me more insight on what the game is about than watching an actual game. One isn't throwing while the other is catching, they have some sort of symbiotic relationship.
Anyway, congrats to your son, Tbob. Even if he does look exactly like you. ;D
