Good morning. We had a shower last night.
To paraphrase Elliot, September is the cruelest month here. We're ready for summer to be over. We think that with September, the end should be in sight and the good stuff should reappear. It's always hot in September, though, even though the nights and mornings cool off by mid-month

Cool and cloudy here. I'm on day 3 of some kind stomach bug (I think) that kept me at home yesterday. No more hot flashes or chills but the stomach is still sort of wierd. I can't tell if I need to eat or barf. Don

About a month away from my trip to the Ozarks and I'm beginning to count the days. If you've never been there you won't believe how beautiful that area of the country is. I'll bring back some pics this time for sure. THe Ozarks truly are beautiful. Definitely worth a trip.

You mean the morning is already over?
Afternoon.....
Dear friends from our days in Franklin, Tn. are just an hour or so from arriving and staying the night. So I've been busy getting ready for them. The visits with them are always wonderful and always way too short.
