Good morning one and all. Off to work and perhaps tonight I'll try to write a tune to an idea I've got for a song.
Have a great day.

Fifties and showers here. Fifties and showers here, too. Haley's just finishing up with hers. Although she's still in her teens.

Dense fog again for the fourth day in a row. The hoarfrost has been on the trees since Saturday.

Slutty frost, eh? I'd rather skanky, torpid, dank, warm humidity.

Good day -- Well, I had my repeat EMG test yesterday, and it was a lot more unpleasant than the first one, but at least it's behind me, and all that data will go off to my sawbones, along with the radiologist's reading of last week's MRI, and the surgeon and I will meet on Feb. 4 to discuss the findings and the course of action. One thing the neurologist said yesterday at the end of the tests was heartening -- he said my carpal tunnel problems had gotten better in the 10 months between EMGs. He had no idea why that would be, as the ulnar nerve surgery would have had no effect on it. My hunch is that laying off guitar playing and wearing my hand splints a lot, especially while sleeping, might get the credit. Just warm enough today to get Black Beauty washed on the way in to work. Lord, she is a sight right now!

Morning. Still basking in a purple glow. I suppose sometime tomorrow I should start getting ready for the Saints. Watch a little film. Stretch. Work on a wrinkle or two.

The courtesy desk is open and fielding inquiries.
The disturbing image is that of Brittney Spears. I think I'll skip lunch.

Good afternoon. Don't really want to think about Jell-0, Don, since I just had my first real food since Saturday and it was clam chowder. Had a little surgery yesterday but I'm home, on light duty, for the next few days and will still be around to stir up trouble when I'm allowed up. Just thought I'd check in but so much has gone on here in the past couple of days I'd never catch up. I can't pick up a guitar until my live-in nurse, and wife, OK's it but she needs to weight it first. It can't weigh 10 pounds can it?
