Great idea, Dan. Think I'll make a pot of chili today. Perfect day for it, as there's a wee bit of fall in the air. My dad also thinks my chili is too hot.

Good morning, everyone! My heart is warmed, to have a place to visit and to fellowship with old friends. I have spent my morning cat-proofing my mobile home skirting after the recent job. (AAURGHH!) I would have had them fix it, but didn't want those guys on Young road again! Off to a fish fry at the church at 12:30, with two guitars. Should prove interesting. Then the "Wal-Mart Blues" shall be played. Have great days, folks! Blessed, and happy about it, Dan B.

Tuxedo shopping today. Damien made concert band this year, and needs to have a tux. He's also one of the few juniors in the top jazz band at school. And I'm still trying to find a good song for a father-son guitar-trombone duet. Any suggestions?

Hey everyone. The weather is glorius here in SW GA. I don't have any plans, and I am not gonna make any plans. I will be in and out here for the rest of the day. Y'all have a good one.

T-bob, it is such a shame that you suffer from such a lack of entertainment in your neck of the woods. Today I paint the ceiling spot in the livingroom wher we had a bit of a leak last spring. I change out the electric outlets in the kitchen for grounded ones so I can plug in my new commercial coffee grinder. (macap M4 stepless) And we have survived having 4, 11 yr old girls over for a sleepover last night. Woo hoo. Mike

Mike, the very fact that you survived the sleep over is a good thing.
