Bill was raised in the heart of the garter belt.
Oh, this isn't the "regions" thread, is it?

Good afternoon. Had to take the wife to the ER this morning, she's OK, just some painful infection in her arm so she got pills and excused from work for a couple of days. Great open mic last night. I got the organizer and her husband to dance to "Unchained Melody" since it was their anniversary. He doesn't dance so he may not be talking to me any more. Now I have to get some gas for the mower and start that again. Looks like the financial dead cat stopped bouncing like I figured.

Good morning, still a bit of morning left here.
Mr. H and I have been spending quite a lot of time visiting our doctor. Did you know that if you go in for a physical it leads to more doctor visits and eventually they will find something? We both had our physicals. My first one in 3 years and the first time he has even seen a doctor in 6 years. I then went back for my first (and maybe last) colonoscopy. No problems there. Mr. H has yet to schedule his, mostly because we're about to be out of town for a while. He gets to go for a stress test due to the high cholesterol that he has always had and his advanced years. I'm now on antibiotics for a supposed bladder infection. Since I've had no symptoms, I'm not sure how I know if it's better. Plus I'm supposed to stay out of the sun because of the medication. Kind of hard to do when you live in Arizona. Oh, and tomorrow I get to go for that yearly exam that only women get.
That's pretty much what's been keeping me busy, aside from yard work. I did get to practice with my vocal quartet yesterday and we sounded pretty good. Our chorus starts back up in less than 3 weeks. That's when we'll start to get serious.

When I finally broke down and had a physical end of 2009 into early 2010 the total bill was just over $12,000 and they didn't find anything wrong with me. Can't wait to mandate that every person over 40 get a yearly physical. What's $12,000 x 150 million?
