Good morning. Already warm but breezy. Still looks like a golf day. The girls are safely at the quilt show but Mary's sister left her pre-paid ticket in Massachusetts. I deny any responsibility for that although I know I'm responsible for all the problems of the world.

Bruce, I'm sitting here at 4:20 in the morning, in the middle of a software promotion that has not gone well, waiting for someone to fix their problems so I can go ahead. Wouldn't you rather be here? ;D

Wouldn't you rather be here? ;D Rick, been there, done that, survived long enough to not have to do it now. You have my sympathies and I hope you live long enough to look back on this with sympathy for those who are still there while you're off to do something fun in your retirement.

Good morning. The weather's a little warmer than normal, the workday should be right at normal, and I can't think of anything to report. Have a good day.

Heavy fog and frost this morning. The weather gnome in Chicago is saying up to 9 inches of heavy, wet snow tonight. The shovel will by by the door if one or two of you guys are passing through and want to help out. Put the newspaper by the door while you are at it. Good day to all.

Did some real work in the home shop last night. I'm putting a Charlie Christian type pickup by Lollar in Frank's Relic Tele. Also a new bridge and reverse control layout. The cutout on the pickguard is tricky because it is a elongated diamond shape with no rounded corners, must be cut by hand. Spent several hours laying everything out on the body and PG and tonight I will start cutting and routing.

Howdy, everyone. Nice looking wniter day out there.
I just took a bunch of leftovers and boiled some pasta and cobbled together something resembling baked ziti -- it's in the oven now, will be something I can eat over the next few days.
BUT, I am treating myself and a few of my colleagues to a Big Daddy BBQ run. I'll pick up the ribs, chicken, or rib tips, they will sit at their desks waiting for 1 p.m. to roll around.
Congrats on getting your shop so, um, shopworthy, Marty!

We just got six or seven white inches. Only the second time all winter I have had to blow out the yard (and the first time I barely had to). It is still snowing lightly and is real pretty outside. The trees all look like they are auditioning for a role in a post card shoot.

Good morning. We're going to get 70 degree weather, but with wind. I'll take it. We're in the low 40's. Winds from the NNW at 20-30 mph with gusts to 45 mph. I don't have a choice whether to take it or not. Internet was off here for quite some time this morning, shortly after 10:00 before it was back up. Have Shay home sick today, so it was to the store for a chicken (that was partly frozen and PITA to cut up) and veggies. Need to go finish prepping the veggies and get the barley and carrots in. Ty's last regular season basketball game is tonight, but I'll be staying home playing nurse. Sub-state games start next Monday.
