Good morning.
Sorry 'bout the stolen bike, Bob. Get one with a stick shift. Apparently the thieves can't drive stick.
Cool and damp this morning with a dentist appointment this afternoon. Gonna be a lousy day.

Geeze, Bob. That sucks.
Moanday business as usual today.
I haven't received the official results yet, but I feel pretty confident that I successfully tested for my gold belt on Saturday. That takes me up a notch, all the way to "notch one".

That sucks, Bob. (Note the comma.)
Morning, all. Back to work for real after a great time in the Sonoran desert.

Good Morning Good People
A pleasant but chilly morning in Mad Town. Spent most of the day yesterday in Mom's hospital room, with both serious and inconsequential conversations as Mom napped off and on. Mom's 92-year-old body is failing, but her mind is sharp as ever. She is very matter-of-fact about her time on earth being short. We are hoping she will bounce back for Tuesday night bridge games, and the unfinished business of scattering a portion of Dad's ashes at the lake up north, but we are prepared for whatever comes.
Bob -- sorry to hear about your bike. One becomes attached to a bicycle just like one becomes attached to a guitar.
Have a middling Monday one and all.

Hi, y'all. Rainy here. The Auburn students are back from Spring Break, so it will likely be a week of hangovers, sunburns, and STDs here in the clinic.

Blue sky and 60's on tap here in the wild west. Shaping up to be a quiet day thus far.

Greetings, Earthlings, from Stardeck 9000, where the workstations are clean and new, the room is quiet and well-lit, chairs are comfy and ergo-correct and things seems to be falling into place quite nicely.
I do feel a little out of place wearing jeans, flannel shirt and sneakers, but the other folks in these office towers are gonna have to get used to it.
FREE COFFEE, too (although I doubt that will last long -- journalists drink more java than any other trade/profession, I once read.)
One cool thing is we can stand up at these workstations, if we wish, and there will be ample opps to wander the miles-long skyway system on our breaks, either for lunch or just exercise, which I really need.

Sorry to hear that, Bob. I hate thieves. Lost a guitar to thieves once. Looks like a nice day today. Enjoy.

Good morning... slept in a bit today... lots of gigs this last week, including a benefit yesterday, a fundraising concert and silent auction for the American Heart Association 2015 Heart Walk. It all caught up with me this morning.
Sorry about your bike, Bob.
Bill, can you walk up to a wall alcove and say, "Earl Gray, hot," and be rewarded with a cup of tea?
