...
So, it's Thursday, big deal.
Got the Christmas stuff mailed out yesterday. Temperatures dropping today but not going near Chicago or Minneapolis levels. The Pats game is supposed to be on TV here Sunday. That covers all the important stuff.
Survive the day.

The Fire Hall's radio play, "Miracle on 34th Street", opens tonight. If you are in Grand Forks, stop in. It is a good show and I have three good parts, the producer, Mr. Keely; Mr. R.H. Macy; and the eminent judge, The Honorable Roy J. Harper.

Oh, this year's Hoosier Christmas Queen. Nice photo. Long may she reign! ( Queen is elected for no more than one year, honorary office to be exited peacefully on Dec. 15, 2017 when a new queen is chosen by ballots cast at local taverns. Tree suit must be clean before it is turned over to queen committee and all ornaments must be intact or previous year's queen will be charged for them.)
-2 out there right now. Should go all the way up to 5 today. Winter is a bitch. Have fun.

It's 8-below zeero here, but it's a dry cold. Should be a fine day. We are having our annual office feast potluck in the Taste section's confines, which means a lot more than ordinary yummies. Then I get to leave two hours early to meet up with Da Boyz for a guitar pass-around at a Mex place in south Mpls, including Michael Johnson. When he plays my Kennedy, he is gonna be GREENER THAN GREEN!
HA HA HA -- I'm here through the weekend, try the cheese and onion enchiladas, tip your servers!

It's the "foot of snow shit show" here in Darby Montana this morning. Still coming down so we may have another 6" by noon. I made it thru the 6:00 A.M. snow shovel-fest without a heart attack so the rest of the day is gravy. Mmmmm gravy.

The Michael lunch is a tough one to miss but I just can't make it happen today. Last gig at our little wine bar hangout tonite. We had a great party there last night with a good turnout for my friend Al who is leaving town. Lots of good music..

I entrusted it to Marty last weekend when the weather was fairly mild, and he has a prestart on his Ford so that it will be toasty warm before he scurries out to it with my Kennedy.

Howdy folks. It's around 22 degrees here in the Rochester area. and the wind is picking up. Time to go out and shovel the walk before it gets to snowing again. Have good ones.

They delayed a lot of schools here today because of the cold. None of them, however, being the ones I go to.
