Bonjour. Comment allez vous? Je ne suis pas mal.
Still cool here but we're on the up trend toward warm this weekend.
Mary doesn't want me to go to the dentist Monday because she's scared of the office environment. She postponed an eye exam last week for the same reason. Guess to make her happy I'll call the office and try to reschedule in July or so. It was just a cleaning. I'm not having any dental problem now.
I plan to waste today and wait for warm.

Bonjour!
C’est La Vie ~ Chuck Berry. I love Emmylou Harris’s version
It was a teenage wedding, and the old folks wished them well You could see that Pierre did truly love the mademoiselle And now the young monsieur and madame have rung the chapel bell "C'est la vie," say the old folks, "it goes to show you never can tell"
They furnished off an apartment with a 2-room Roebuck sale The coolerator was crammed with TV dinners and ginger ale, But when Pierre found work, the little money comin' worked out well "C'est la vie," say the old folks, "it goes to show you never can tell"
They had a hi-fi phono, boy, did they let it blast 700 little records, all rock, rhythm and jazz But when the sun went down, the rapid tempo of the music fell "C'est la vie," say the old folks, "it goes to show you never can tell"
They bought a souped-up jitney, was a cherry red '53 And drove it down to Orleans to celebrate their anniversary It was there where Pierre was wedded to the lovely mademoiselle "C'est la vie," say the old folks, "it goes to show you never can tell"
They had a teenage wedding, and the old folks wished them well You could see that Pierre did truly love the mademoiselle And now the young monsieur and madame have rung the chapel bell "C'est la vie," say the old folks, "it goes to show you never can t

Did you know that the jazz standard Autumn Leaves was a French song called Les Feuilles mortes or “The Dead Leaves”.
Sometimes stuff is better left in the original language.
Cold and rainy here but warmer days loom. I might get my tomato plants from the nursery today and beat the rush.
Had another decent 17 miles of up and down on the bike yesterday. Good legs again. What the hell is going on?

Good morning. Je parle francais comme un vache espagnole.
Had a pleasant walk right around sunrise. Now it's time to haul tree limbs to the front for an upcoming pickup of uncontained trash. No complaints. Have a good day.

I hit a few buttons and managed to get lost in space in about 5 seconds. I think I was headed to Mars.

Back working from home today after two days in the office. Lots of administrative tasks go along with meeting state guidelines for "reopening" - documentation as to COVID-19 plan, trying to wrangle PPE and sanitizer, trying to figure out who should go where and when. Fun stuff.

Good morning. Slept okay but not like the night before.I didn't get a nap yesterday and that seems to make a difference. Short nap in the afternoon, better sleep at night. I'll get down to the shop today and find something to putter with, a little at a time, I'll get back to tearing them apart and putting them back together. I can hear DaWife in the dining room/office. When her mic is on she's all sweetness and light and at times swearing like a fishwife when it's off. Good thing there's a light to let her know when it's on. Pine Island 90F.
