Seems to me like Trump committed treason today (as did each asshole who stormed the Capitol building or assaulted a Capitol police officer)

If Trump is not arrested for treason, or impeached and removed for a variety of high crimes and misdemeanors, Mike Pence and the cabinet should invoke the 25th amendment. Mike can be a caretaker president for two weeks.

A better solution (once the rioters are cleared out): 25th Amendment, implemented swiftly.

This is all because of Trump's goading the protestors to go to the Capitol, this morning. They have disrupted the proceedings—he should be removed from under the Resolute desk in the Oval Orifice and clapped in irons for treason. He has sabotaged what is normally a quick and Constitutional procedure. Cruz and Hawley should share a ride with him to the metro jail.
