I made enough of this last night for three days worth of meals: Shrimp, ground pork, ramen noodles and a big bag of shredded cabbage.

John, Be aware that Tuna consumption can be dangerous in terms of mercury consumption. It is crazy that we need to worry about this crap. But I think, depending upon where the tune is harvested, you should try to limit the amount of tuna consumed each month. I was gobbling 3 to 5 tuna sandwiches per week and learned that I should cut back to 2 or 3 per month.

I made Won Ton Soup tonight. For the greens I put in a large handful of Summer Salad Greens.

We eat faux tuna—Phuna—that we get at Whole Foods in the Imitation Fish Aisle. It may be made from catfish or, for that matter, cats. It tastes remotely of fish-like foods but it makes a pretty sandwich. Anyway, we never eat anything that is actually what it is supposed to be. For example, Impossible Squirrel is a favorite right now. It looks like squirrel, is shaped like squirrel, but is made from Hoosier Prairie plant matter. It does get a bit mushy and the green color could be better disguised, but there are no chemicals in or on the Hoosier Prairie. Maybe a few pesticides, but they are harmless unless you are a bug, right?

Is that a euphemism for something? Mt. Olive, North Carolina, where the pickles are made.
