Good morning. Our heat wave continues but at least the end is in sight. I'll have my Zoom breakfast and then buy groceries. It's an ambitious agenda but I think I can handle it.
I changed my opener in Wordle and got lucky.
Be of good cheer.

Good morning.
63F-86F sunny.
I'll start with the mess in our kitchen then move down to the shop for a while. I have another landscaper coming for an estimate to clear the backyard jungle later. Then off to lunch with Terry. We will take him to a local favorite, Obb's. They have a nice shady patio and an excellent menu of comfort foods.

Slept like a log last night. PT is good for something, I guess.
The Eastman is quite nice. It is beautifully made, sounds very nice, and I like the looks quite a lot. It fills a niche, even though I really didnβt need to fill niches. Barb says think of it as a reward for going through surgery/PT and thatβs as good an excuse as any.
I just realized my Sweetwater shipment contained 0 bags of candy! A fiery email will go to my personal sales dude. The nerve! I asked for several bags & heavy on the Bit-O-Honey. We will not be quiet about this!! This has never happened before. Somehow I feel JohnB is behind this! The guitar ships through Plainfield on its way here so Rob is a suspect, too.

Morning. Up, coffee and the tour. Coffee with the old farts later, then Trader Joeβs and Costco. Our extreme heat has moderated, should only get to about 90 today. Still hot but better than 100. Need to restring the Collings. Maybe this afternoon.

Good morning. Rainy day here in Florida. Our a/c crapped out yesterday. Not a good thing in Florida in the summer. Fortunately we were able to get a repair man out. Turned out to be a clogged drain line triggering the auto shutdown.
Nothing much planned for today. Looks like a good day to be lazy. Be well, be happy.

Good morning from Brooklyn.
We are supposed to get some brief thunderstorms tonight, and more tomorrow and Saturday. A chef friend has activated the rain date for his annual summer soirΓ©e, which was supposed to take place on Saturday. It has been moved to Sunday. We have had a lot of rain this season that I wish we could share with drier parts of the country.
My girls are planning to drive to Maine tomorrow to spend a few days in the vacation house of a friend of ours from here. They leave at the crack of dawnβit's about an 8-hour drive. I will not be going. They are planning to drive back on Tuesday and I have a morning medical appointment that day. They are even taking the dog with them! I'll miss them but it will be quiet around here for a few days, anyway. Oh, and they are using the same car borrowed from my wife's friend that punked out on us in the rain coming home from Massachusetts last month. However, the owner did have the wipers fixed. The mechanic told her that we had experienced so much rain last month that water had gotten into the wiper motors and burned them out.
OK. I have blabbed enough. Next: a short trip down the avenue to the Cafe De Martini to purchase some cornetti for the girls' breakfast tomorrow.
Enjoy your day, stay cool and hydrated.

Have been reading Walter Isaacsonβs bio of Elon Musk. About 2/3 done. Wow! What a piece of work he is. Iβd recommend it.
Fairly benign tour stage today so probably no major shakeups but good chance for a successful breakaway of riders that arenβt an overall threat to the top dogs.
Lunch with Marty will be fun, itβs been a while.

Morning!
Paul augured nine post holes yesterday. Three were in the wrong place. Paul then augured three more post holes. How many post holes in total did Paul auger?
-helpful hint #1: The wind was out of the north at 9 mph.
-helpful hint #2: There was a large bird watching. The bird had a clove of garlic in its beak.

I would like to auger a guess, but that does not auger well for the future.

Good morning, all!
I've been busy catching up after being out of the clinic last week. I guess I'm glad my patients like me, but they don't need to panic so much when I'm gone!
LJ, enjoy that guitar. I continue to be impressed with Eastman's guitars.

I had to get help from Erin. Is pulling your serratus posterior inferior muscle a euphemism for masterbation? Only if your dick is located on the top of your head or possibly your armpit.

Home from a 33.34 mile bike ride this morning. Some gnats, but the trail is in great shape and not too many people out today.
I'll be spending a couple hours mowing the lawn, later this afternoon.

Of course your research was half-assed. The other half's serratus inferior muscle was pulled. Typically easy day at work today. I took some folks out to a little patch we maintain at a community garden. We weeded, cleaned up some common areas, hunted for goatheads, and harvested zucchini, onions, and radishes. One ripe cherry tomato. In the afternoon we volunteered (my guys volunteered, I was on the clock) at the Boise Bike Project. We tested incoming used inner tubes. Now we (Lorraine and I, not the folks from work) are heading out to listen to Buddy DeVore and Rob Matson play traditional honky-tonk music, maybe including Buddy's workup of Purple Rain. It'll be fun.

Morning! Paul augured nine post holes yesterday. Three were in the wrong place. Paul then augured three more post holes. How many post holes in total did Paul auger? Obviously, if three were in the wrong place, you didn't put posts in them. Therefore, they are clearly just holes, not post holes. So Paul only augered nine post holes. And three non-post holes.
