Do all you geezers miss vent windows as much as I do? I liked them way back when, when I was a smoker, but I don't miss them now at all.
This was me in 1984. I quit when my son was born, in 1989.

Thanks for all the kind wishes. Today was an average day, tending to a granddaughter and honorary granddaughter and various stuff around the house.
Tomorrow I will strap the kayak on the old red Ford pickup and head for Wabasis Lake in the northeast corner of the county. Not very far, but I guess it qualifies as Up North.
Saturday kidz and grandkidz will come over for a birthday dinner. I didn't have a particular meal that I was craving, so Dawn is making Nasi Goreng, an Indonesian chicken and rice concoction served with a fried egg on top and hot sauce.

Those eight-track players are hard to install, Bill! I also discovered that they're really hard to find for some reason.
