Well folks, grab your sweetie, turn down the lights, turn up the sound, curl up on the couch and enjoy. What a TASTY set of tunes. Nice interplay between all of you on Jam. Now is the Time is gorgeous Bill. I don't think I've heard anyone sing Poetry Man as well Barb. Kudos! Man go ahead and burn a bunch of copies and put me down for the first one. Do you do Paypal? ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

Bill, I've only had a chance to listen to "Poetry Man" and "Stay Close to Me" so far, and all I can say is WOW. Your playing is great as always, and Barb's vocals are so relaxed, confident, and spot-on, words just fail me. You could've told me I was listening to some famous platinum-selling duo that somehow slipped past my music radar, and I'd have believed you.

Loopy, those recordings were made by Steve and Eydie, don't get all excited and stuff.

Funny you should mention that, Bill--My wife got a Trivial Pursuit question tonight that featured none other than Edie Gormet.
"Who's 1998 death did Edie Gormet say was "the worst day of my entire life"?
Answer: Frank Sinatra.
She got it wrong. I would've, too, as my gut instinct would've been to go with Steve Lawrence, who I think is actually still alive.

I listened to a couple of tunes this morning before leaving Gum Tree Central and it was the best way to get the day started. Solid performances, good recording, great stuff. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) J

Where does one start Bill? I`d hate to praise any one track in favour of another. They are all stunning. What an inspiration you are! So I`ll just say that they are all beautiful and a joy to listen to. Ok Ok you forced my hand.. French Alps is fantastic. Boy I`ve enjoyed hearing your journey as a musician over the past years. I`ll go before I gush.. Thankyou Matt

Barb has absolutely no business being the least bit insecure about her singing! Jeesh!
I had a student cancel this morning, so I've enjoyed listening to this stuff. Way to go, you two. Bill, you could use these to add songs with vocals to your website.

Bill, you could use these to add songs with vocals to your website. Barb is mostly insecure about her playing, Todd, although she is a very harsh critic of her singing, too. She is willing to admit that she sounds damn good on these recordings, though! And, yes, we have "a guy" working on the website and it will be all filled with goodies soon, I hope, including these recordings.

Looks cool Bill..Great photo. Where was that taken? The guy who did our poster photos and designed it lives in Hudson, Wis., 25 miles east of here, and that shot was taken right in front of his house -- it's a retaining wall that keeps his yard from washing onto the street.

It gives a great contrast..kind of exotic in a Whitewashed Spanish Villa way. I like it very much. Suits your music too.

Just got around to downloading all-of-um. This will make a very nice CD. I've numbered the files so they'll burn in the order that Doug set up. It is a greatly preformed and recorded collection.
Ain't it a wonderful time to be alive! Anyone can put together and produce a wonderfully professional sounding mix of magical music. All you need is monstrous talent, and skill, and experience, and a couple of like minded superheros.
I'll be burning this to a disk that'll get plenty of air play.
Now where are the pictures from this trip again ? I need to grab some jpegs and make a cover.
