I found that view by accident. My wife & I went to the town center last night to get something to eat and check out the weekly band. I brought my new camera along with the intention of experimenting on the band, but even good shots didn't look so hot. (Five old guys with bad dye jobs dressed in leather playing 50's/60's tunes, poorly.)
The above shot is the top of the picnic table we were seated at. When I looked down at the camera, it was panned across the top & I liked the way it looked.
(It's not really a mass transit system, that's just the first thing that came to mind.)

Oh yeah, I forgot. I picked 2017 because that'll be Obama's last year in office. I figure the new mass transit system will have to be in place by then.
