Not with my Country Boy, great guitar and I love it. It's the case. Specifically the handle. I guess they were trying to be fancy and its a wound all leather handle. The problem is I just noticed today that it's been rubbing against the metal strap holders and is wearing through. It's not about to break but in a few months I'll probably have to replace it. I guess the best course is to contact Pantheon guitars. I doubt it's a warranty thing but at least they should give me some advice as to replacing the handle. Bummer dudes.

Had the handle on one of my cases break about 4 years ago. Took some nylon clothesline and made a woven handle. Bright yellow nylon looks kinda funky but it's very functional.

Putting on a replacement handle is a piece o cake on most cases. The new handle just buckles on. I will look at a Borgy case to see which handle you need and post the info on Friday.

There used to be a luggage repair shop here in town. Years ago, I had a tattered Gibby case pretty much rebuilt there -- new handle, recovered, a new hinge. I'll bet it doesn't exist anymore though. Luggage has become as disposable as everything else.

I looked at a Bourgy Country Boy case and it has a figure 8 handle. A buckle type will work but I usually pull the lining and replace the whole thing with a new figure 8 type. Here's the one you need.

Nevermind Marty, I found Allparts using the URL of the picture. Thanks again.
