what a great show. what a great band. what great music.
they are a multicultural band featuring two of my favourite irish musicians, namely andy irvine and donal lunny.
given that i had not seen them live before, i wasn't very much aware of the fiddle player, who comes from the states (new york, i think).
the man lit up the stage with his playing, and with the energy and the obvious love he had for the music.
that man's name is bruce molsky, and i think i may be in love with him. the minute the gig started, every fibre of my being screamed for a hoedown.
anyone here heard of him? do you know of any other music he has made?
i suppose a video of mozaik playing is in order............
