Still a bit messy with the double "ability" and the "on a platform" parts. I think he scrapes a pass though. Particularly if this was taken from words spoken rather than written.

I'm sitting here trying to reduce that to its most concise possible form, given the frame of reference (ie, Joe Biden speaking). What is the minimum number of words required to convey the same thought, without any loss of meaning? I believe the answer is four:
"I enjoy hearing myself."
