You'd think that for 100.000 they could spell Zaffiro correctly...

If you can get 99 people to pay that sort of dough, you can spell your brand any way you want.

$100 seems cheap compared to their breathless copy.

I enjoy seeing things like that. I like looking though the Sky Mall mag when I fly too. It'd be fun to get a shave with that thing.
I don't imagine they have to sell many to make their year. But i chuckle at the 20 year warranty. Like this company is going to be around in 20 years.

Just try to find a sapphire blade cartridge at Walgreens when that thing gets dull, though.

$100 seems cheap compared to their breathless copy. Oh. It's $100,000. Not $100. Nevermind.

I bought a bag of a dozen razors at Target last week for $2.69.

I shave once a week...even with a new blade each time, it'd still take 50.000 weeks to break even.
Not sure I'm gonna live that long...

Once you pay more than $2.69, it's all collector value....

The problem with this is the purpose of conspicuous consumption is to be seen conspicuously consuming. Unless you are going to appear on MTV Cribs, when are you going to have the opportunity to show off your razor?

Well yeah, $100,000.00 might seem like a lot of money for a razor but if you read through the copy you'll see it comes with twenty years of free service. Over that time you'd probably have to buy five hundred disposable razors or replacement blades. Heck that would be $1,000.00 right there. And what about all the fuel to drive to the store? See, the savings really start to mount up.

It would make more sense if your 100 large got you two of them, so you could have a rotation when sending them off for their periodic reconditioning.

$100,000? But it lasts 20 years so that's only $5,000 a year...... That's $13.70 a day.
uh
there's no way I can slice and dice the numbers and not end up with this being a friggin joke.

If you have to consider the numbers, you can't afford it.
I can't afford it.
