What do you know We got show.
Pathetic little sprinkling. But there it is. Should be gone in a couple days. I was talking to a frined that has a lake house up in cheddarland. Apparently the snow mobile trails are not open up dere, because of the paltry winter. It's hurting a lot of businesses that thrive on that season.
It's a Bowl day for me. Big heaping bowl of granola cereal with blueberries all the way from Chile.
Mmmmmmmmmmmm

Thanks to a bit of boneheaded scheduling by the local school board (apparently they make their schedules two years in advance and no one thought to actually look at a calendar...) Angie has to work today but I don't. That's never happened before.
Huskers at noon. Otherwise, lots of nothing going on.

Good Morning Good People
About three inches of wet snow ovenite, roads in town were an icy mess. Off to buy some tax-deductable steel-toed boots, then some office time to prepare for ugly reality tomorrow.
Have a fine first Monday one and all.

MADISON, Wis.—The governors of Wisconsin and Oregon have placed a friendly wager on Monday's Rose Bowl between the Wisconsin Badgers and the Oregon Ducks.
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker is putting up a care package of Leinenkugel's beer, Wisconsin cheese, a package of Andes mints produced in Walker's hometown of Delevan, and a bottle of blushing rose from Wollerscheim Winery in Prairie du Sac.
Should the Ducks lose, Oregon Gov. John Kitzhaber will send a care package of Oregon products including craft beers, kettle chips, hazelnuts and smoked king salmon to Wisconsin.
Walker is predicting a Badgers victory. He notes that Wisconsin has made a Rose Bowl appearance two years in a row.
Both teams are 11-and-2 heading into the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif.

Good morning.
It was in the seventies yesterday. Predicted high today 56. Tomorrow morning predicted low is 20. That is cold, even for you Yankee types.

On the road today. Heading home from FL. 70s yesterday, 20s on Tuesday morning. What a way to reconnect with reality.
As far as bowl games go GT lost in OT in the Sun Bowl vs. Utah.

Good morning... sidewalks ice-locked, no shoveling yesterday, gonna just wait til Wednesday's thaw. Lunch with Hammond and his dottirs later. Yeah, this is a bittersweet day for me -- thrilled to be able to throw an engagement/new year/farewell dinner for Dottirs, Future Son in Law and friends, while bummed that a plane departs in the morning for North Carolina. The days have flown past. Yesterday I had a gig that was not as rewarding overall as I had hoped but as I believe Doug once said, any gig at which you don't get shot is a good gig. And I didn't even get shot AT, so there is that. Sunny and cold here. We will survive.

I know the feeling, Bill.
Good morning, everyone. It's supposed to be 50-80 today, which is about fifteen degrees above the normal high. My wife is preparing to watch the Rose Parade. Have a good day.
