Morning. Snowing here. We were supposed to get 6" to 9" overnight. It looks more like 2" so far, but since it's still snowing, maybe it's just late.

Good morning. They predict 80 degrees today, which is well above normal. I have lunch scheduled with a good friend. Otherwise, the usual day. Enjoy yours.

Good morning. 60s to 70s here today, until a cold front comes through later and the temperature market crashes. I think I'll go mow the weeds before that happens.

Good morning. School delays, and I can see cars in the ditch on the highway.

Top of the day to you all.
The big storm the weather gnome predicted went north so we only have about a 1/2 inch of snow to deal with and I intend to just ignore it.

Good morning... very light dusting of snow here, not worth mentioning. Off to Mankato tonight, White Bear Lake tomorrow and Alexandria on Sunday.

Mornin'..... Well, I have two sick girls home today. Glad I made a huge pot of chicken soup yesterday. Sad for Carrie too, as she was supposed to leave this morning for her first overnight youth trip with the kids from church to Tulsa. Not sure I've seen her this disappointed. And speaking of sad, in about an hour I have to take Rambeau to the vets to get another round of shots. The sad part is that I also have to take Meeko too.....more than likely to be put to sleep. She is a Siamese female going on 17 years old. She has started screaming during the night frequently, occasionally during the day - sounds like a baby crying. My guess is she has developed a gut full of tumors and is in a great deal of pain. It's probably time, but the vet will check her first.

Don that is a tough task in front of you. Don't forget to take care of yourself too.
Working on eradicating the last vestiges of mold in the basement today by replacing the bottom 2 feet of wallboard in the laundry room. Fun stuff.

Morning. Snowing here. We were supposed to get 6" to 9" overnight. It looks more like 2" so far, but since it's still snowing, maybe it's just late. It's 3" of snow that really wants to be 9". It's heavy stinking stuff. Mostly water. You can't push it around. Gotta pick and throw. My least fav snow.

Marshall, my snowblower was more like a snowspitter this morning. It wasn't clean spit either. There was a lot of drool running down the edges, clogging things up.

Reporting back with good news.....brought Meeko back home.....alive. Her heart, lungs, gut, and eyes appeared fine. What are looking at is the early stages of renal failure. She will be fine for a while longer, yet the end is (as always) inevitable. Vet said don't get too concerned until we see her start to drop weight. Then it will be time.
The girls sure were happy to see me walk back in with her in the carrier, and not in the other box I brought along. ;D
