I think it's worth it. See that phone line in the background? See the way it ends back behind the guitar? That's right, this is a cellguitar.

IMHO, too cheap to be great unless the seller knows nothing but too cheap not to consider if it's close enough to go play it and see what you think.

What is it worth in good playing condition? I would say about $800 tops unless it has a carved top and I doubt it does. Does it have a solid wood fingerboard or is it pressure stained maple? Now deduct the price of a neck set, refret and a set of tuners, are the braces and seams all intact? From the single photo it is hard to determine a lot of things. Can't see the grain, or if it is bound. Painted bindings mean the cheapest of the cheap and not worth your time. If it meets all specs it is a steal, if not, it's way over priced.

This one looks a lot like a Regal to me. I think this one was made by Harmony or Regal. This one looks more like what I have seen from SS Stewart.

Looks like a Bluesman's guitar. But I wouldn't pay that unless it turned out to be a real player.

A friend had a Regal of that vintage that was very playable and we put a Lace thin line acoustic sensor on it. It sounded great and he performs with it. It has great mojo.
If it had a straight neck and didn't need a reset or refret it might be a decent buy. I'd offer him less, bet he'd take it.
