The last five weeks… A few days at the top from July, and Sept 1st at the end. Red is pedaling, yellow is paddling. Garmin is nice since you can log other stuff (vs map-my-ride or ridewithgps). The tail end of July and a bit of Aug were end of semester, so some work then, but the rest of Aug was pretty much off. Unfortunately, while most of Sept is off, too, the pool is closed next week for its yearly emptying/cleaning. Open again on the 8th. Not too shabby for a 60-year old?

Damn good ! ! ! !
Got a little biking and swimming in store for this weekend, myself. Mostly recreational. But I'm pumped.

Wouldn't be too shabby for a 25 year old ... that's fantastic.

How I spent my summer vacation... Most of august was off, very minor work thru september, classes started again the 24th, this past monday. Oct/Nov are usually excellent months for riding.
