We had an all too short but very fun get together. I couldn't find my passport to start with, then it was 2 hour wait to get through the border. But I managed to meet up with Dennis, Doug and Chris on Anacortes for some talk and a little guitar. It was fun, and great to put faces and personalities to names. We were a stylish bunch - Susan suggested I label this Hat Jam. It was a beautiful day, as good as they get, warm without being crazy hot. Photos courtesy of Chris on my Galaxy S4. Love the Holy Ghost rays on this one. I'm pretty sure the big guy is not a short ex-marine with two tall guitar playing disciples, but you never know.

I didn't know you made it down to see them, Rick. Are they the first forumites you've met?

It was great fun to meet Rick - a world class noodler and another Cargo aficionado - if I could have only kept my guitar in tune

Let's chat a bit, play some music, and then go find the lost Ark.

Always good when SoundHooligans cross international borders. Looks like a great time with some truly impressive hats.

Bunny ears the kind of foolish thing that midwesterners and east coast folks do. Doug is QUITE serious when he's out here. Sort of.

"Chapeaustock" would be a good name for it.
