It's about 30 now and it may get to 40-something today before it drops to the teens tonight. 9:30 surgeon's appointment this morning. I'm not looking forward to this.

Good morning. Unlike much of the country, we're warming up, and it's welcome. Have a good day.

Inside what?
Cold but beautiful out there. Just shoveled the 3 inch or so of fluffy snow we got. Dressed warm. It was quite pleasant. The sun was just coming up. It's a bronze colored sky. No yellow, oranges, and purples and such. No bright colors. Not a drop of moisture left in the brittle air. Just the stark sun. And when it's this cold the sunrise seems reluctant to even give out its light.

A little chilly here, by our standards, but not too bad. Supposed to get into the teens tomorrow, though. At least the sun has finally come out.

Cold and getting colder. We got about 4 inches here. I did not enjoy it like that guy north of here did, but I got it shoveled and I don't plan on being out in it if I can help it.

About 3" of snow this morning. I should go shovel it. Working from home because the roads are icy.

Home today. Managed a face plant on my new skateboard last night in the parking lot at work. Two split lips, nose about twice the size of normal, and strained my left hand. Jeeze, I think I had better reflexes when I was twenty, and could survive the wear and tear better. So I'm in urgent care last night, and the nurse wants to know what happened, and I tell her, and she starts cracking up. She apologizes, but she can't stop laughing. Me, I got blood everywhere, courtesy of the Coumadin I take. Fun times.

Say after me, sub, dural, hematoma. Please don't do that. Things would be not half so Cosmic for us to wonder about if you were gone.

It's been snowing steadily for the past few days - endless. Rachel and Larry are beating it back as best they can but it looks like it will snow for the rest of the week and into the next. Sigh. It's what you get for having a green Christmas.
Not much going on here. Pretty snowbound.

Glad you are O.K. Mike. Wear the gear. Your days of snatching the pea from the hand are over. Warm and melty here in SW Montana while all around us it's cold and dumping. The Kalispell extended family has 2 feet accumulated Honda Honda minivan. Gotta run UPS just brought me a guitar
