Oops. I'm behind in my internettin.
I turned 61 yesterday. I had just gotten used to 60. I don't know if I should try to accept 61, or just skip ahead and think of myself as nearly 65. I liked 31 a lot better.
On the bright side, I still have that scale that measures bodyfat, skeletal muscle, visceral fat and other things. One of the results is a theoretical age based on the other stats. Yesterday, the day that I got a year older, the scale told me I was a year younger (39, down from 40). That was nice of it. But the scale doesn't know that it was my birthday because you input your age only, not your birthdate. I'll have to update that, but I think it's going to take my "age loss" back.
