I am up and feeling great. I am eager to face the day. The sunshine is streaming in the window and the robins are bobbing along in the yard. Spring, if not sprung, is, at least, springing. Have a great day, y'all.

Rooster Comb shots I got Tuesday have kicked in. I too have no cartilage in my knees. The acid in the shots turn into slick so now not rubbing bone on bone but slick on slick , sort of like STP if you remember what that is.

Morning 38f now low 50s and overcast today. I'll drop Me Darling Wife at work and then head back home to get some of my work done. Finishing up on a interesting project today. I put 3mm Luminescent side dots in a Strat neck.

Morning, all. Last day here for a a while, we're off to Tucson tomorrow for a week at my sister's. Hope it cools off here, it's no fun going someplace warm if the folks you leave behind aren't miserable.

Hanging around 40F here for a few days and that's below my golf tolerance. Trying to catch up on some of the stuff I couldn't do after the surgery. Replaced the house water filter yesterday but now I can't get the old one apart to replace the cartridge. I put it together 3 months ago and I wasn't that much stronger then. I don't think anyway. Ordered a strap wrench from Amazon. Maybe I can get it with that when it comes in. Today is take out the trash and pick up Scotch day (yesterday was SS pay day). Scotch bottles must have shrunk 'cause they just don't last as long as they used to.

4 months first round, this time it should last longer with gardening.

Rained yesterday. I've been trying to get over a cold. I think that the pho that I had for lunch yesterday might have done it. Or the cold is just running its course.
Mom passed away last night in Montana. We'll be making the trip as soon as I hear more from my brother who lives there. Mom has been in hospice care for just over a month, living in the same nursing home where she has been for over two years. I wish I could write one of those long posts about what a wonderful person she was and the great things that she did. Thing is, she was just an ordinary person who got by. The world is full of such people.

Good morning. Steady rain here. A couple miles to the west it'll show up as two feet of snow.

The wonderful thing about ordinary people is they generally have family that loves and cherishes them. You have my sympathies.

My condolences, Hobson.
I'm not sure there are any ordinary people. Everyone is extraordinary to someone. Simple life and love are great accomplishments.
