Morning
74f and sunny. Downtown was empty last night when I picked up DaWife from work. Everyone took Thursday and Monday off for a long Memorial weekend. They all headed north to lake cabins were they will get rained on starting Saturday night.
Usual Friday stuff.

Good morning. Our rain has gone but it's still cool and windy. The pool needs some cleaning but no one will be swimming today so it may wait. Warmer is due tomorrow.

Back from a few days of camping at Parker Canyon Lake. Down to the lower 40s and upper 30s each night. The place was almost empty, but the holiday weekend crowd was already flowing in before we left yesterday. Hiked every day, including one 6 mile trip around the entire lake. The high water level made that hike longer than normal.
Had a great time. Now we pay for it with putting things away and cleaning up the camper. Plus the typical repair and replace list.

Morning all. Off work today for the holiday weekend. Taking the truck in to get the rotors turned, then heading down to the beach to sign off the beach house we are selling. That is a relief for me. we will get to pay off the Corvallis house and be in decent shape financially. And we have a nice bottle of La Crema card to celebrate with tonight.

As perfect a day as you'll ever see in West Central MN. Got the dock in. I had to make all new inserts. That was a lot of work. Tilling the garden later and planting grass seed before the expected rains.
