There may be some of you unfamiliar with Rugby and one of it's most exciting players ever, New Zealand international Jonah Lomu. He has passed away of kidney disease at 40 years old. Nobody who follows the sport will ever forget his extraordinary feats on the field in the '90s.

That man was a BRUTE ! A fullback with power and speed. A man playing with boys.
That stiff-arm of his was brutal.
He could have made a boat-load of money in the NFL

England first experienced his full majesty in the all-blacks defeat of the England side at the 1995 world cup. He scored four tries. It was just incredible to watch him swatting off, bulldozering through and swerving our defences. We laughed and applauded as he changed the game of Rugby forever.

A very sad loss indeed. By all accounts he was a gentleman off the field, too.

Yep.
Have you heard this broadcast? It's Cerys Matthews, Welsh rugby, Carwyn James and 'that try'. Nice programme.

It captivated me. Took me back.
Edit - and made me go off on a tangent on a RIP thread. Bad.
