I’m proud to say that I didn’t see any of it.

I’m waiting. I can’t take anything in the Republican Party seriously right now. Even Republicans aren’t taking themselves seriously.
They’re now down to six candidates. Trump and Cruz are the two outsiders. They are the choice for people with hair afire. Ben Carson isn’t going anywhere. It doesn’t matter if he quits now or 6 months from now, the results will be the same. That leaves either Trump or Cruz to stand against Kasich, Bush or Rubio.
I’ll let them fight it out and then tune back in for the fourth quarter.

Didn't watch it but the morning shows thought Kasich stayed out of the mud.

The less a person knows about these guys the better. Then you can fill the empty spaces with hopeful projections. But, the more you know, the less space there is to hold these hopeful projections. Hope is so vulnerable to fact and detail.

Don't know who Plunderbund is but I suspect they're not a conservative PAC.

First bit of debate I've watched this cycle. I was appalled at Trump. From the bit I watched I think Cruz was the best prepared. The only one who was truly disruptive was Mr. Chump. If that performance doesn't cause him to sink like a stone then I don't know what to say.

I kept asking myself how I would have handled the whole set-up. Do you even respond? You can't walk off the stage. But clearly EVERYONE lost by responding to the tar baby.

Did y'all read about the stacked audience? Read up on it a little. Seems like the RNC did the tickets the way they always did. What struck me was the indignation abou tit from the Huffington Post and other Democrat groups. They think Trump and Cruz were treated unfairly. Don't know why they'd care unless Trump really is a Democrat as I have always suspected. They probably throw Cruz in to take the heat off Trump because they don't give a damn for Cruz. With all the crap Trump aimed at W. to get to Jeb, he sure sounded like Debbie Shultz. Trump's a Democrat plant if there ever was one.
