www.thegatewaypundit.com/2016/04/nuts-glenn-beck-nobody-can-understand-moses-like-burden-ted-cruz-carries-video/“Imagine being in a position to where you believe it, you believe the country is at the end, you believe that God is telling you, ‘Step up to the plate.’ You believe that you, just like Moses, may be slow in speech and not the perfect guy, but you know if you get in there, you can actually do something and you’ve tried to stay loyal. Do you know what that life is like for two years of tearing yourself apart, of ‘please Lord, just tell me, just tell me, just tell me, I’ll do it, just tell me.’ And the burden of I blew it? Oh my gosh, I don’t want to be them.”

Just when you thought that Cruz was going to upend Trump and our fun would be over. We could have Emailgate and Birthergate II for our perverse entertainment.

I watched the Glen Beck thing. My problem is it assumes a Ted Cruz is a humble servant of God. But I maintain that anyone that achieves that level of stature in the nation has a healthy dose of ego and is there because they WANT to be there. Sure, one can feel a calling to do the right thing. I certainly hope Cruz and all of them feel called to do what's right for the country. But humility ain't any part of it
That doesn't happen until you actually win the prize. Then you go, "Oh shit ! How the hell am I supposed to handle this Cleveland Steamer?"
