I bought a new Tamron 150-600mm lens last week. I tested it out on the moon over The Cobblestone on Saturday night.

Should be a great song.

Nice shot.
My favorite moon song title is Quarter Moon in a Ten Cent Town.

One old pre-photoshop trick I tried out a few times was to shoot a roll of film with the moon (and only the moon) in one part of the frame. Then rewind, carefully so as to leave a bit of film sticking out, reload and shoot the same roll again.
