Very foggy out there this morning. I always find fog very spooky, probably because of a movie I saw as a kid. Werewolves might be hiding behind trees. Have a good one and watch out for werewolves.

Well I'm awake again not vertical I'm just thinking about myself and other people too
- A little poetry -
I spent years spinning building imaginary bridges between flitting escapes here and there. Now I see awareness, Concentrate focus thoughtful.

Oh, man. That is the famous Hoosier Weresquirrel. Some think he came about after a normal Hoosier squirrel built a nest on the cooling pipes of the nuclear plant. There are stories Hoosiers tell, late at night, about the Weresquirrel that strike fear into the hearts of the heartiest Hoosier. Don't walk in the woods alone.

Morning - 5 below here. Sandra has been out of town so I've been head zookeeper. Did you know that when it gets real cold they have coats you can put on a horse? Ask me how I know. She took this pic from her truck a few days ago. Not sure what they eat in the winter other than road salt but he's finding plenty of it

Good morning. Yesterday was rainy and foggy, which made for a miserable drive to Maryland and back, but today's just rainy.
Mary wound up with a sharp stick in the eye, well a needle, because her macular degeneration turned wet. Now she has to go for monthly shots for a couple of months to see if it can be stopped. I think that's what Hobson's husband is going through. It's in her right eye which is almost blind anyway but they'll try to save what sight she still has there. Her left eye is fine so far. Just another speed bump on the way to death I guess. Updated the calendar with our Dr. appointments for the year and I think I have 2 months clear so far. That will of course change.
On the up side, I got away with the long drive without my left hand cramping up so that part of the elbow surgery is an improvement.
Have a good day.

Misty morn in the 60s f
I like.
The troops are underway and I'm headed out to another job.
This afternoon we're going to plan the arrangement of things/pics/artifacts/Bauman urn for final placement tomorrow at 1.
Oh, Marty has smarts, yes, but he also has real smarts...practical smarts. Just thought I'd let you know.

The love of my life received confirmation today that she is going to graduate with her Associate's degree this spring. She had been working on a nursing degree back in the mid-2000's and stopped when she went to work for the government. Recently she's been considering jobs that might require a 4-year degree so she contacted the school and found out she still needed 1 class to graduate. She petitioned the college and they waived that requirement.
So an Associates in Arts and Sciences, 4.0 average, Summa Cum Laude.
Very proud of her. Puts me to shame.
