In '67 I turned down 9 acres at the corner of Kirkman Rd & L.B. McLoed Rd (dirt at the time) for $5400 because it didn't have any trees just palmettos. 5 years later it was selling for that much a front foot. Ain't hindsight wonderful. you would have just blown it on guns, guitars and women   (maybe a hot car or two) and then wasted the rest. |

and then wasted the rest. I consoled myself by saying someone would have offered me twice what I paid and I'd have jumped at it. I would have never held out for the big money. |
