I saw that. It's scary. It's scary to think of Warsaw without that. It's also obvious that there are just no skilled American workers to fill those jobs. Zimmer is virtually my next door neighbor. You guys who have been here -- that's the huge campus across the tracks from me. I can see it from here. And there have been job postings out on the road all year. But you gotta know how to do something.

For Biomet the answer could be find semi-qualified people and train them. There was a statement in the article that they do sponsor training in local schools. So I imagine they attempt to get the right skills coming out of community colleges. But also hire from abroad.
